All tape sales by Anlen Audio are final and are not warranted against damage caused by end user equipment. Anlen Audio tapes go through an extensive QC process before being shipped that ensures tapes are pristine and defect free. However, any manufacture defects are covered up to 30 days from the time of purchase allowing for a replacement or a full refund (minus shipping).
